Danny’s Little Taste of Texas would be honored to cater your wedding reception. Your guests will enjoy authentic Texas Barbecue with your choice of savory meats and chicken or a Texas style fish fry or lobster/clam bake. We are happy to accommodate groups of any size. Our food is always fresh and made from scratch. Danny will personally guarantee all of his products and services. Danny’s will provide great food and condiments for your wedding feast. Our Chuck Wagon can accommodate 2 to 2,000 people. Danny’s Little Taste of Texas Catering Service is available to residents of Hartford County CT, Tolland County CT, Windham County CT, New Haven County CT, Middlesex County CT, and New London County CT, Western Mass and New York.
All of our Barbecue Catering options come with your choice of three sides, cornbread and watermelon.

Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, BBQ Spare Ribs, Smoked Sausage, BBQ Chicken, Baby Back Ribs, BBQ Beef Ribs, and Beef Brisket sliced or pulled.
An authentic Texas Pig Roast is also available with Danny’s catering service. Danny’s Little Taste of Texas uses a slow smoking process to smoke pigs for over 12 hours. Served with your choice of three sides, corn bread and melon. The pig is cooked right in front of your guests on a spit as the roast emits a delicious aroma that always draws a crowd. The end result is a crispy, juicy, pig roast and a lot of satisfied people. A 50 person minimum is required for the pig roast in CT, Western Mass and New York. – $18.95 per person. Pick up/ Delivery available with 2 week advance notice on all pig roasts.
Catering Options Include:
1.) Pick Up – We will have your entire events food ready for you to pick up in serving trays with plastic ware, plates and napkins.
2.) Delivery Option – We will come to the site of the event and drop off the food including plastic ware, napkins and plates. Call for rates.
3.) Delivery Set Up – We send our crew out to the event site, set up your entire events meal, tables, table clothes, chaffing dishes, and all set ups. We then leave and come back at the end of your event to clean up. Just bring your appetite! $150.00 plus time and travel. Optional on-site cook and server available.
4.) Chuck Wagon Ho-Down Catering Service – We will come to the site of your event, set up tables, chaffing dishes and food. We have our staff on site for the duration of the event. We cook all of the special catering options on site, and supply all the condiments, plates, napkins, and plastic ware. This great catering option also includes entertainment! Karaoke, calf roping and music. At the end of the event our staff promptly cleans up. – $499.99
